Morocco is a land of contrasts — snow-dusted mountains rise above desert plains, and traditional Berber life continues in timeless villages. This curated cycling journey takes you exploring the wild beauty of the High Atlas and Anti-Atlas mountains on quiet roads and ancient trade routes. You’ll ride through olive groves, rugged gorges, saffron fields and historic kasbahs, moving from the vibrant chaos of Marrakech into landscapes that feel remote and authentic. This is the real Morocco — raw, warm, and unforgettable.
The adventure begins by escaping the urban buzz and heading straight into the mountains, cycling through the Moulay Brahim Gorge before climbing steadily toward Imlil, a mountain village nestled at the foot of Mount Toubkal — North Africa’s highest peak. From here, the riding becomes truly epic: a full mountain stage that winds through pine forests, remote valleys and switchbacks that lift you ever higher, culminating in the legendary Tizi n’Tast Pass where the views open wide and the sense of achievement hits hard. Then comes the reward — a dramatic descent into the Souss Valley, where the landscape turns arid and golden, leading you to Taliouine, Morocco’s saffron capital, surrounded by the foothills of the Anti-Atlas. Big climbs, wide panoramas, and a cultural experience that stays with you long after the ride ends.
